I started in Real Estate in 1999 and received an award from Prudential my first year as Rookie of the year, the following year I was awarded the Presidents Circle award for my sales and was in the top 5% of Realtors Nationwide. Although Prudential was an excellent place for my start I wanted to have my own company where I could offer more personalized service and be able to act in my clients best interest by having the ability to offer a more competitive commission structure and be able to offer service above and beyond any other agent. That is the reason Hillcrest Properties.Net was founded.

In 2004 alone myself and Mother sold 123 new and resale condos in 92103. That is more than other other agent from any other company in San Diego. Hillcrest was not the only area we sold though. From Bankers Hill, to Linda Vista and Del Mar we are just as proud of our sales there.

Another accomplishment I am equally as proud of are my sales at Uptown District the past five years. Located in the center of Hillcrest in a planned community that has won several architectural awards, Uptown offers its residents more than a condo but a lifestyle. It is the only community where everything is literally a one to five minute walk from your front door. From Trader Joes, Ralphs, two major banks, coffee houses, numerous restaurants including fast food and fine dining, boutiques, DMV, Post Office, Gym and so much more. I am proud to say I am the number one agent over the last five years for Uptown in condos sold, least amount of time on the market and the highest percentage of list price to closing price.

I think a community is only as good as the residents that occupy it. I feel very strongly about giving back to our community. Each transaction I close I automatically send a 500.00 check to one of our local non-profit agencies and I send an additional 250.00 dollar check to the charity of my clients choosing. Just one of the many ways we try to give back to the community.
