We guarantee that we will do our best to get you to the top of Google. However, as we have no influence on the search engine algorithms nor your competitors and the web is an interactive, constantly moving medium, we cannot guarantee the exact position your website will be ranked.

Search Engine Optimization is a slow process. According to our experience it will take 1 to 3 months until our onsite and off-site optimization actions will show effect and lead to a higher Google ranking.

Our goal is to get you as high as we can into Google rankings. Your success is our success.
Our SEO service agreement is not based on search position performance but by the SEO services provided.
If your search position does is not meet your expectations you are still required by the agreement to make all payments in a timely matter.

Payments
All invoices are due upon receipt. All invoices over 30 days will be reviewed by our accountant. We will make all attempts to contact you and make arrangements for payment to be made. If payments are not made within 30 days a late fee of 5% will be added to your invoice. Any invoice over 60 days will go to collections.

Search engine position reporting.
Each month we will update your online search engine position report using IBP Internet Business Promoter application.
Axandra's website tool IBP simulates hand searches for each keyword then post the position in a comprehensive report. All reports are then updated on the customers online web report page.

Reports may vary depending on the IP address.
Google uses Geo Targeting in their algorithms and may influence keyword positions depending on the IP address that the searches are made from. We currently make the searches from this IP: 108.64.140.192 it is our experience that GeoTargeting could make a difference of 1-10 positions.

Customer Conversions
San Diego Webworks LLC  is not responsible for customer conversions. Most statistics state that 1% of your visitors will be converted to a customer. This can be influenced by the website search positions, overall content, look and feel, marketing and Integrity.
